Hi there, I'm Alex, the owner of Bendix Builders LLC. I've been building homes in the Michiana area for years, specializing in new homes, additions, and remodeling projects. With 35 successful projects completed in the last 5 years, I've honed my craft to provide top-notch quality and communication through our 287-point checklist.
My journey to becoming a builder started in 2012 when I fell in love with framing custom homes. After years of learning the ins and outs of construction, I founded Bendix Builders LLC to revolutionize the industry. My motivation stems from changing the perception of contractors and construction, focusing on empowering employees and exceeding client expectations.
As a Passive House certified builder, I bring a unique perspective to every project. In my spare time, you can find me exploring national parks, backpacking, or enjoying quality time with my family. My commitment to professionalism, respect, cleanliness, and organization shines through in every aspect of Bendix Builders LLC.

TEAM
Owner, Alex Bendix, started his construction journey in 2010 and has worked vigorously throughout the years to learn every in and out of the trade. He worked through high school and the years following with a local construction company, excelling and finding more and more passion for this craft every day. In 2016, Alex opened Bendix Builders LLC and the rest is history.
As 2020 came around and the company's growth was ever-growing and skyrocketing, Alex's wife, Erika Bendix, began her journey with the company as Bendix's office manager, a wonderful asset to an exceptional company.
As for our field workers, we have the best. They are respectful, honest, and hardworking members of our team and they continue to improve and grow more of their skills every single day. These are the people that you will be seeing every day on the job site. They plan, design, and contribute hard work each and every day!
